Famine in Flames
Day 3

A hush fell over the shattered Universe of Famine. The mighty war fleets were
wounded. The fighters exhausted. No one knew where the next blows would fall. The
shipyards were on their second straight night of frantic repairs.

Willow scrambled their remaining fighters, as soon as they could lift. Anla'shok would
not escape the day Unscathed.

Then one other planet evidently fell.

Another lull, til late in the evening. Then, a surprise. A friendly alliance emerged to
team with the few available Willow fighters and take two more Marine/Anla planets.

Compared to the first two days, this was a welcome lull in the storm for the harried
residents of Famine. But the war drags on.

The rest of the universe sits and waits. Where will TSM/Anla strike back? What does
the dawn of Day 4 hold? Only time will tell. And this reporter, tomorrow.
