The Battle of 1818

After a great victories from HoA’s side on TF with their 1274 attack, HoA tried to do the same at 1818 The Horsemen of the Apocalypse came to a Forsaken planet in full force, all but one of them left in pods. HoA started the attack on 1818 a little before 9PM Gametime last evening hoping for some enemy ships and oh boy there were ships. A few days earlier it seems that TF received some information about a planned attack, so they contacted all of their allies to put together a fleet to counter the war machine of HoA. The counter fleet was larger then the fleet of attackers (15+ TF and 12 HoA) when HoA pulled the trigger to attack the planet the fleet came off.


The results were devastating:

Each person in the above list rode a pod back to his or her friendly HQ.

-Darth Bobo (TF) [4 kills]

-Kaliban (TF)
-SpamBlade's (TF) [Force Kill]

Each person in the above list sent 1 or more Horsemen back home in pods.

The fleet of TF and Ragnarok rubbed the success into the faces of HoA by going on re-take planet 1867. The surrender terms proposed by HoA were refused by TF and will probably be the same in the near future especially with their “I'd rather get my ass kicked" attitude but then again who knows what tomorrow brings? This was a great victory for TF but it is clear that this was a learning experience for both sides. We are sure HoA will mount another offensive and another large battle will ensue and we may see a new victor in time, all we know for now is this war is far from over.


Imperialists Having Nightmares?

In a recent chain of action from Anla’Shok in the past week it seems that they have found new targets, the targets on the back of Imperial Dreams ships. ID and A’S seemed to be two alliance that were focusing more on trading then having their names in the paper, now ID is trying to keep their names out. ISN has been told this war is taking place for the second place that ID holds over A’S and now A’S is taking things into their own hands by sending some fighters to the WQ Human Galaxy

ID is a worthy adversary to any alliance in the game, we will now see how long it will take them to react and get others walking around on tiptoes.


The Helping Manton Price

You know, all trough the years, there have been many useful traders in our Universe. Some have helped out with great sites and programs, as some examples: Elvis Fett with his fabulous Official 2998-99 Goods Chart, Woky with his Trading Full-XP and Integrated Fight Simulation programs and many others. But, in this year 3000, the palm is coming back to Nariis and Rogue. Nariis site is probably the most useful for the common trader at this moment! Taking the time to compile all the locations for ships, weapons and hard wares is something really great. I’m sure lots of people often use it and don’t realize how useful it is. A second Nobel should go to Rogue, because ISN thinks in the last 2 years he as worked a lot to help out all the traders, especially newbies. He made a help site, plus took a lot of time for helping everyone on the Web board and in chat. That’s why i think ISN can talk for all the traders that used this hand to say a big thanks!
